I've ordered from them 3 times on the Internet. Everytime they had the date wrong for pickup. I've always called and had to double check and change the date to the correct date. Make sure you call to confirm and do not just assume! I assumed this last time & there was no cake for my baby's birthday. Good cakes but terrible management. Not to mention I called to order over the phone & they wouldn't let me. Asked me to go online. Never got an invoice, I had to call back 3 more times to get an invoice.
