I was in this UNPROFESSIONAL place just this morning. came 90 min early to be 1st. walked inside this business 1st as soon as SOON the male employee turned on the open sign, sat down, and told him what I needed done. 2 people came in AFTER ME and owner (michelle) of Nail Envy told me I WANT 1ST, because I wasn't the 1st person to PULL UP IN PARKING LOT!!!!! I was extremely upset! I will never support this business. Businesses have the right to serve whoever they want however they want, but that was wrong. How is it okay for someone to come in 2nd and 3rd to be served first because they were already parked in lot. I'm reporting to Better Business Bureau!!! AND IM TAKING ALL THE CLIENTS WHO I KNOW somewhere else. BEWARE..theses are "unofficial" "non-posted" rules of this place
