They are very very rude on the phone when you call, doctor don't seem to care at all. Won't return phone calls.....

Today I went to Hazlehurst Clinic for the first time in many years. I have recently gone to the Crystal Springs clinic and seen Dr. Watson and I was well pleased. Today in Hazlehurst my appointment was at 10:30 and they were running late and I was fine with that. When they did take me back over an hour later it must've been getting really close to lunchtime because they herded me through like cattle. I don't feel like they listened to me or tried to understand what I was saying, talked over me quite a bit and I had two medication situations I wanted to discuss with the doctor and that didn't happen. I wanted to just throw the prescriptions in the garbage
Unfortunately, I can not recommend Hazlehurst Clinic as an excellent health care provider. While the doctors do a great job, the operations are very unorganized and customer service is probably the worst I have ever seen. The follow-up is non-existent. I would run....far far away before visiting this establishment. I would not call this "health care" at all. It's an embarrassing picture of what real health care should be like.
You might have to wait awhile, but at least you feel like you have truly been cared for. You are not just a number on a record. Some times you need to remember that they have family that might be suffering also. I am blessed to be a patient who feels like they care.
